As an existing customer with Crawfort, completed my previous loan then 2 days later their management side called said can took another loan with longer tenure. Headed down today at 1pm after waited for a hour the reception counter staff called my name and asked me to call their management side to confirm if I can take loan. after calling their line the counter staff asked me to continue to wait for my number to be called into the office. After waited for another hour their staff called me on the line again mentioning to “reduce my time in the office then decided to low ball me with a loan of $600. After 2Hours of waiting. Been their customer from quite a while. Really from acceptable to worst. Terrible service. To those who want to take loan from them especially 1st timer be ready to be low balled by them.
